At Würth Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
